There is a process in getting your website designed and set up for your equine business quickly and effectively. This process is outlined below:
Contact us to discuss your needs and business so we can advise the right plan for you. You should have an idea of what you want your website to do, ie: provide basic information about your business, regularly provide information to your customers, provide a basic online shop for visitors. At this stage we will also discuss payment arrangements for the website. The content to start up your site that you will need to provide will be discussed and you will be informed of the formats this needs to be supplied in.
After discussing and agreeing on an option, a formal quote will be emailed to you outlining the required deposit and agreed upon payment plan. Once this has been received, the deposit should be made within the stated time frame to secure your pricing. Once the deposit has been made any payment plan options agreed upon will come into effect from that date.
Once the deposit has been received, you will send us any required content, in the stated formats, and work will commence on the design part of your site. The time frame for this will depend entirely on how quickly you can supply the required content. You will be sent test images of site designs for approval or discussion.
Once the base design has been approved, your website will be set up in a testing environment and your content will be added to it. This will be accessible to view by you once the content has been placed, and will require approval before being made live.
Once we receive approval, your website will be made live and available for the general public to view and if final payment is due you will receive an invoice via email.
